I do not want to use on my shoulders shampoo head N, salon shampoo and conditioner. I heard a few drops of aloe vera oil to eliminate dandruff shampoo in a week. Is that true?

Can you give me some advice what to do? Must be cheap, preferably all natural, and something that can be used in conjunction with my regular shampoo.
